High intensity interval training that is designed to build lean muscle with a variety of strength training and cardio exercise. It will work all major muscle groups and is paired with motivational music. Classes offer variety and the opportunity for members to exercise a their own pace and comfort level, while exercising in a group. It also allows opportunities for partner and station workouts.

SPIN Yoga is 45 minutes of SPINNING followed by a series of yoga poses that helps elongate muscles, release tension, deepen the breath and improve posture.

We start by spinning, a low impact/high aerobic exercise to get the heart rate up. Then, we hit the floor with dumbbells, kettlebells to tone muscle, ending with a cool down.
