Granite City Group Fitness is offering a 6 week Introduction to SPINNING series beginning on Saturday, January 4th-Saturday, February 8th. The classes will be from 9:00-9:45am with an emphasis on bike setup, hand positions and other basic SPINNING moves paired with a 30 minute ride with the fabulous, Raegan Chaloux! Grab a friend and come learn what SPINNING is all about!

Mom & Me Postnatal Fitness 6 Week Series with Brittany Tremblay
It doesn’t matter if you’re a first-time mother or on baby number four, getting back in shape after the birth is challenging to face alone. This series will expose you to a social network of other moms and provide opportunities to share celebrations and challenges. It will help strengthen your pelvic floor, your core and will provide a total body workout through low-impact aerobics, light weight training, Pilates, resistance bands and cycling. Your ligaments and joints will be loose for at least three months following the birth, so we will avoid any high-impact exercises and those that require rapid direction changes.
Breastfeeding, dirty diapers, crying babies, and tired moms are all welcome! We hope you will join us for a six week postpartum series to get fit with your babe and meet other new moms.
